Clients pay Complat services via a bank transfer or via instant payment terminals Qiwi or Eleksnet. You can get assistance with payment through the terminal in sales office at Sivtsev Vrazhek lane, 20.

Payment via terminal Qiwi is not difficult and is conducted in the following sequence:

Section Fees> Internet and IP Telephony> open 16 or 17 page and find the icon with the logo «Complat Telecom» > enter your login info > do payment

When paying via terminals Elecsnet uses a separate ID, which does not coincide with your username. Find ID for Elecsnet payment in your Personal office or call to customr service +7 (495) 787-07-37.
